or you set it to 5 minutes, go to sit down, and it beeps as soon as you sit
So thanks to the FDA…youre gonna have to bring your pets in once a year in order to get any prescriptions for them.
I bring my cats in WHEN THEY HAVE A PROBLEM. I have 5 cats. My parents have 4. Thats 9 animals
At a minimum of $200 per visit. MINIMUM.
This includes flea and worm medication.
So if I need to worm my cats, which I end up doing once a year or so…. I have to bring all 5 of them in. I have 2 cats that need topical solution for worming because they wont take a pill and thats about $25 each.
The others take a pill and that goes by weight so $10-$15 per cat, with the added bonus of wrestling them to give it to them…
Thats about…. $1,086. Just to get my cats wormed.
So shout out to Chewy for offering their flea medication in bulk for $60.
They also have the topical wormer we use, in bulk. But that apparently needs to be a confirmed prescription through the vet…so I dont know how thats gonna work.
The FDA is literally forcing people to go to OTC Medications for their animals that are proven to harm or kill them. My cats go to the doctor more than I do.
I dont mistreat them. If they have fleas they get meds, if they have worms they gets meds, if anything at all seems off they go to the vet. But I dont take every single one of them once a year.
Its not like Im sitting at home with 5 dying animals and I refuse to get them help.
Im so sick of America making it hard for people to get medications and medical attention for themselves and their animals.
